Sorting Manager is a new view on sorting (gathering) the cut-out elements in single-layer systems. To improve the efficiency of automatic nesting it is good to mix models among each other (having the possibility, of course). Such a procedure as well as generally speaking having big number of patterns always causes problems with appropriate gathering of the elements from the cutter in such a way that appropriately prepared packets reach stitching lines. KSM Company as the only one on the market offers a unique cut-outs projection system – Sorting Manager which maximally simplifies the process of gathering cut-out elements. Its uniqueness is based on the fact that it is completely configurable and simple in maintenance. The sequence of collecting elements is defined according to the production process in the company. The cutter operator doesn’t have to know all of the model patterns being used. The projector highlights with colors all those elements which are to be collected. This guarantees lack of brakes in the cutter work needed for matching the elements, eliminates human errors and allows to reduce the number of required service.
