Zaawansowany system konwejera wraz z jego opcjonalnymi przedłużeniami gwarantuje redukcję przestojów między kolejnymi cyklami rozkroju do minimum. Systemy Zünd umożliwiają także wielowarstwowe cięcie wybranych materiałów.
   System do cięcia materiałów tekstylnych oparty jest na ploterze S3 L1600 o polu cięcia 1800 x 1600 mm, z przedłużeniem na odbieranie wyciętych elementów. Materiał podawany jest z podajnika automatycznego, zsynchronizowanego z ploterem, posiadającego czujnik brzegowy oraz napięcia materiału. Specjalny algorytm układania długich układów z roli zapewnia optymalne ułożenie elementów z wykorzystaniem ponad 90 proc. powierzchni materiału. I tu również za pomocą projektora i monitora wyświetlane są elementy do zbierania, co ułatwia i przyspiesza pracę operatorów. System zapewnia uzyskiwanie wysokiej wydajności pracy, przewyższając znacznie ilość 300 m.b. na jedną zmianę roboczą, w zależności od rodzaju materiału.
