   Roll-off system designed for quick roll changes. Optimal for firm rolled materials. The universal roll-off is particularly well suited for applications involving relatively light rolls and frequent roll changes. Changing rolls is very quick and easy with this type of roll-off, and it works best with material that is fairly firm (stable) and not particularly prone to wrinkling. Suitable materials include paper, vinyl or similar plastic foil materials. The material guide-roll option significantly reduces the potential for wrinkling.

   Ideal roll-off system for looser, flexible materials. In contrast to the Universal roll-off, the shafted roll-off is well suited for softer/looser flexible materials and textile products. The roll is threaded onto a shaft and placed in the roll-off unit. This helps maintain proper tracking during advances.

      Tension-controlled roll-off system for rolled materials. Effectively prevents wrinkling. This version of the shafted roll-off has all the same features but is motor driven. At the end of an advance, any slack is automatically rewound. This prevents wrinkling as the material is fed into the cutting zone.
